By using FanLock, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. The Service

FanLock is a platform that enables content creators to sell exclusive media to subscribers via Telegram Stars. We provide the technical infrastructure; creators are independent operators, not employees or agents of FanLock.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use FanLock
• You must have a valid Telegram account
• You must comply with Telegram's own Terms of Service
• You must be legally permitted to sell content in your jurisdiction

3. Creator Obligations

As a creator, you agree to:

• Only upload content for which you hold all necessary rights and consents
• Ensure all persons depicted in content are 18+ and have given explicit consent
• Not upload illegal content of any kind
• Not use FanLock to defraud, harass, or harm any person
• Accurately represent your content to subscribers
• Comply with all applicable laws including tax obligations in your jurisdiction

4. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed via Telegram Stars. FanLock charges a platform fee on transactions as described in the app. Fees are subject to change with notice. Telegram may also charge its own fees per their policies.

All sales are final. Refunds are at the creator's discretion and must be handled through Telegram's support system.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving minors in a sexual context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Spam, malware, or deceptive content

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for suspended accounts found in violation.

7. Limitation of Liability

FanLock is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to FanLock in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of their content. Media files (photos, videos) are hosted on Telegram's servers — FanLock stores only the file identifiers Telegram provides and does not claim ownership of or independently host your media. By uploading a profile avatar, you grant FanLock a limited license to store and display it as part of your creator profile. You may remove your avatar at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of FanLock after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
